I, ACCEPT, the following terms and conditions:

MultiTalent Management Executive Search shall be paid for all referrals that result in a hire with COMPANY regardless of any agreements COMPANY has entered into with other recruiters. MultiTalent Management Executive Search will receive 30 percent of the employee's annual salary once the employee has accepted the position. If the employee leaves the position within 60 days of starting, MultiTalent Management Executive Search will refund its placement fee. MultiTalent Management Executive Search makes reference and background checks for its own purposes, but does not verify any claims made by the candidates. COMPANY agrees to independently check any personal, employment, or educational representations made by the candidate. Once MultiTalent Management Executive Search makes a referral that results in a hire, MultiTalent Management Executive Search agrees not to approach any employee of COMPANY regarding positions in other companies for a period of one year.
